The Telegraph announces the appointment of Claire Pape as Chief Financial Officer.

The Telegraph announces the appointment of Claire Pape as Chief Financial Officer. 

Claire joined the Telegraph in June as Deputy CFO. 

Claire has also been promoted to the Telegraph’s Executive Team reporting to Chief Executive Nick Hugh. 

 Claire takes over the role from Dominic Coles who has been interim CFO since October 2018, Dominic will continue to support Claire in an advisory capacity until he leaves the business at the end of his contract. 

Claire joined from William Hill Plc where she was Deputy Group CFO.  With extensive experience in the media and publishing sector, Claire was previously interim Group CFO at the Guardian Media Group and prior to this held the position of Group Finance Director. 

Nick Hugh, Chief Executive, The Telegraph, said:
