The Telegraph has unveiled its comprehensive Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games coverage plans as part of its Summer of Sport season. Extensive 24/7 coverage on the website and app will be complemented by a separate print section and bespoke newsletters.

There will be expert opinion and insight on all the sporting action from the Telegraph’s team of pundits who include: Jessica Ennis-Hill, Judy Murray and James Cracknell. A new column, The Secret Olympian, will give readers the insider’s view on the Games and what takes place in the Olympic village from an anonymous participant. Alongside the pundits, the Telegraph’s award-winning sports team will be covering the Games from Tokyo and London.

The Olympic hub on telegraph.co.uk will be home to the best stories and commentary, along with live blogs and updated medal tables and schedules.

Every morning at 7am subscribers will receive the daily Olympic newsletter rounding up the overnight action and previewing the key upcoming events. The second newsletter will hit inboxes at 5pm, as part of the successful Front Page, and will look ahead to the action taking place over night. The Telegraph app will send notifications as the big moments happen.
