The Telegraph introduces Equal Parental Pay
The Telegraph has introduced an Equal Parental Pay policy. This means both new mothers and fathers at The Telegraph will be entitled to 26 weeks full pay for parental leave, becoming one of only a few companies in the UK to offer this.
