The Telegraph Celebrates The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

The Telegraph will mark Queen Elizabeth’s historic 70 years on the throne with live digital coverage of the Platinum Jubilee weekend, along with a special celebratory issue of The Saturday Telegraph Magazine on June 4.

From June 2 – 5, The Telegraph’s daily Jubilee liveblog will follow all the major events and news over the course of the bank holiday weekend, starting with Trooping the Colour. In print and online, the Telegraph’s Jubilee team will be providing authoritative reporting, analysis and comment over the weekend of festivities.

On June 4, The Saturday Telegraph Magazine will celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee milestone with an issue dedicated to her historic reign. The Magazine will showcase key moments of her 70 years on the throne through a series of features and iconic archive photography.

To help subscribers make the most of the Jubilee bank holiday weekend, a range of digital features will be published including a guide on how to throw an ultra-stylish garden party and the best Platinum Jubilee memorabilia and souvenirs to buy now.  Other features celebrating the Queen’s enduring style include a look at the symbolism behind the first ever outfit she was photographed in as monarch.

In recognition of the incredible 70-year reign the Telegraph’s fantastic cartoonist Blower has created a special celebratory Jubilee 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.
